Deedi Financial Services Private Limited is a initiative of Deedi Group, a multi domain conglomerate headed by Shri. Chacko Paul. Its main business interests are in automobiles and hospitality.

 

The objects for which the company is established are:

 

​     To carry on the business of hire purchase by advancing or lending money upon or without security including selling under hire purchase system all kinds and types of automobiles, plant ant machinery, office equipments and similar other movable properties as the Board may decide from time to time.

 

​     To carry on the business of leasing and all general financial activities excluding banking activities as defined in the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

 

​     To buy, sell, own and manage plantations.

 

​     To render leasing consultancy and advisory services to clients in the field of leasing

 

​     To carry on the business of housing finance

 

​     To carry on the business of money changer in foreign exchange as per Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
